TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the Ultimate Louisiana Duck Hunt for Conservation (ULDHC) benefiting Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation (OSCF) (Sponsor).

Entry Period: The ULDHC opportunity is available starting 11:59am (EST) on Monday, June 1, 2026, through 11:59pm (EST) on Monday, August 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.  The Entry Period is subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion if for any unforeseen reason the ULDHC cannot be conducted as planned. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, see below for information on how to enter. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Do not enter the ULDHC if you are not located in the USA at the time of entry or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements listed in these Terms and Conditions.

* One (1) Two-day (Nov. 27 -28, 2026) 5-Star duck hunt for two at Grosse Savanne Lodge in Lake Charles, LA (ARV: ~4,000) provided by Lipsey’s and Grosse Savanne Lodge. This duck hunt offers two days of accommodations, two guided morning hunts and meals for two hunters. All travel expenses, including airfare, car rental fees to attend the hunt will be at the expense of the First Award winner.

At the time of writing these Terms and Conditions all award items have been procured or promised. Every effort will be made to award all items. In the unlikely event that any individual award item becomes unavailable, the Sponsor will replace said item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Actual/appraised value of awards may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of each award shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. Awards are non-transferable. Substitution of an award or transfer/assignment of an award to others or request for the cash equivalent of the award by the potential winner is not permitted. Any and all award related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes,  FFL transfer fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the potential winner(s). Acceptance of an award constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the potential winner(s)’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Entrants can enter the Ultimate Duck Hunt for Conservation at https://www.outdoorstewards.org/duckhuntforconservation/. To be valid, each entry must provide all information requested. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries. If you choose to submit an entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply.  See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. No purchase necessary to win. To enter without a purchase, send your name, address, email, and phone number to OSCF, Attn: ULDHC, PO Box 182, York, SC 29745 and include a statement that you meet eligibility requirements and agree with all Terms and Conditions of the ULDHC. Entrants grant Sponsor the non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, unencumbered, transferable, sub licensable, perpetual, and universe wide right, but not the obligation, to reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, compile, archive, syndicate and otherwise use and exploit the Entry and any content submitted to OSCF (including without limitation copyrights), as well as any and all derivatives thereof, in any and all languages, and in any and all manners, mediums, and forms now known or hereinafter devised.

Winner selection and notification: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries to the ULDHC. Winners for each of the three awards (listed above) will be selected by a random drawing from all qualified Entries received within the Entry Period. Winner selection shall take place between September 1, 2026 and September 14, 2026. Winner selection will be made by Sponsor, whose decision shall be final. The winners will be notified by email/telephone/or social network message on or before said dates above. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the method of notification. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) business days, an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining qualified Entries.  In order to be named a winner, potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration before being awarded a prize. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 to the Sponsor. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to delay the notification of the winner for technical reasons or for any other reason it deems necessary. All taxes, fees, assessments, title and registration fees, insurance, and like charges, associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner of any award containing a firearm will need to have firearm sent to an FFL and fill out all required paperwork and background checks to complete the transfer of the firearm. Any expenses incurred with the transfer of a firearm are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  

Eligibility.  The Ultimate Louisiana Duck Hunt for Conservation is open only to natural persons aged twenty-one (21) or older as of the date of entry who legally reside in the United States except Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island

and where prohibited by law.  Persons residing or stationed in U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations or diplomatic stations in foreign countries, and all other foreign locations are also not eligible for participation in the ULDHC.  Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, and each of their respective parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, prize providers, contractors or agents (all of the foregoing together with Sponsor, collectively, “ULDHC Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to enter or win the ULDHC. This opportunity is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  By participating in the ULDHC, Entrant agrees fully and unconditionally to these Terms and Conditions, and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the ULDHC.  Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants in eligible U.S. states must be able to legally own and possess the firearm in their state of legal residence and must be able to provide proof of legal residency. This ULDHC is not open to any persons who are prohibited by any law from owning or possessing firearms, or to residents of states or jurisdictions where owning/possessing the firearm prize (or any part thereof) is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Dispute resolution and class action waiver: The Ultimate Louisiana Duck Hunt for Conservation, these Terms and Conditions, the entire relationship between entrants, sponsors and partners and any legal proceeding relating to or arising therefrom, whether based on contract, tort, law, or equity, shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any legal action arising out of or relating to the ULDHC shall be conducted in the District and Circuit Courts of York County, SC, and shall not be subject to transfer to another venue or locale. Regardless of whether a particular dispute is subject to arbitration or litigation, each Party does hereby waive his/her/its right to a trial by jury, to participate as the member of a class in any purported class action or other proceeding, or to name unnamed members in any purported class action or other proceedings.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions: If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the ULDHC has been compromised, OSCF reserves the right, exercisable at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the ULDHC. The Terms and Conditions may be amended by OSCF in their sole discretion. Amendments will be posted to www.OutdoorStewards.org. Unless otherwise specified, any amendments will become effective at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on the day after they are posted.

Intellectual property: The ULDHC and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright protected. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted material or trademarks without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By entering the Ultimate Louisiana Duck Hunt for Conservation, the entrant (“You”) agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the ULDHC.
