Tim is the founder and co-owner of The Murray Road Agency, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to the shooting and outdoor markets. He has also held communications and marketing leadership positions with some of the industry’s top brands. Tim loves to hunt, fish, spend time outdoors, support conservation efforts and coach youth sports. Tim, his wife and three children reside in Charleston, SC where they enjoy the bounties of outdoor opportunities provided within the low country.

Jenifer is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for National Deer Association. She is past president of the Association for Conservation Information and has worked at state wildlife agencies in GA and TN to bring marketing to the forefront in an effort to increase recruiting, retaining, and reactivating hunters, anglers, trappers and target shooters. Jen loves to hunt deer and turkey and usually catches more fish than her husband.

John is the CFO for the new car dealer group Washington Area New Automobile Dealers Association (WANADA). Prior to joining WANADA, John worked for the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (AFWA) as the Sr Accounting Manager for 12 years overseeing all aspects of the organization’s finance and accounting functions. He also worked for the Arizona Game and Fish Department in a variety of accounting functions. John enjoys fishing the streams and rivers of the western United States.

Jim spent 25 years with the Albany, NY Police Department, retiring as Sergeant. Jim thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and everything it has to offer and he enjoys fishing and hiking with his family and his two Vizsla’s. He spends his free time enjoying nature at his camp in the Adirondacks region of upstate NY. Jim takes part in many conservation efforts in an effort to keep the environment safe, clean, and accessible for generations to come.

Julie Golob is one of the most accomplished professional shooters in the world with more than 170 championship titles in seven different shooting disciplines. Julie is a US Army veteran, author, speaker and a longtime hunter who enjoys hunting with her family and she takes pride in processing and cooking field-to-fork meals. Julie is a dedicated brand ambassador and shares her passion for gun safety, shooting sports, hunting, and conservation with her large social following.

David is the President of Baron Technology which is the leading engraving and customization company for the firearms industry. His prior work experience at National Wild Turkey Federation, National Shooting Sports Foundation, and O.F. Mossberg & Sons suit him well to help expand Outdoor Stewards mission and programs. David is heavily involved with wildlife conservation and is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys fishing the Long Island Sound, hunting for deer and turkey, as well as sporting clays.

Justin has been in firearms industry since 2007, most recently serving as VP Marketing at Colt / CZ Group for North America. Before that, he spent eight years with Tribune Media, gaining valuable experience in communications and media strategy. A lifelong outdoorsman, Justin grew up in Connecticut, active in Scouting and mountaineering. Today, he enjoys shooting sports, skiing, and exploring the outdoors with his two young children. Justin brings a unique blend of industry leadership, media expertise, and authentic connection to the outdoors, with a deep desire to help conserve and protect the wild places that shaped him.

Leland Nichols is a results-oriented, servant leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and enhancing margins. He is a firearms industry veteran working at companies such as Remington, and Smith & Wesson. Leland is a season board member. In addition to Outdoor Stewards, he is on the board of Shadow Systems Corp., and held board seats with Airhead Sports Group, Aqua Leisure Recreation, and USA Shooting. He resides in Connecticut where he enjoys the great outdoors, shooting sports, hunting, boating, motorsports, and travel

Jim proudly serves as the Executive Director for the Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation (OSCF). Prior to leading OSCF, Jim ran the research team, market development and recruitment efforts for the National Shooting Sports Foundation for more than a decade where his work led to substantial increases in hunting and target shooting participation. Jim is an avid hunter and angler with particular interests in waterfowl, largemouth bass and trout. He is a passionate conservationist and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of hunters, anglers and target shooters through the mission of Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation.
